The name Aalappeaz is a heartfelt tribute to the place that inspired it all — Alappuzha, the serene and culturally rich district in the heart of Kerala, often called the “Venice of the East.” By blending the familiar pronunciation of Alappuzha with a unique twist, Aalappeaz was born — a name that reflects both authentic roots and fresh identity. It captures the soul of Kerala’s backwaters, boat races, coconut groves, and spice-laden kitchens, all of which are deeply woven into our culinary story.
